Week 5 - Sorry for the delay!

Sorry about the delay with week 5!

Ive got to admit i cant remember that much about it, i usually make some notes throughout the week but i failed there. Two key things happened though, number 1: on the 27th of February i completed my 32nd run. This was also my 1 month milestone. I shared the main stats from endomondo on the day here there are again...

Amazing that i had ran 172.29 km in 16 hours and i had only burnt off enough calories for 26 burgers!

Going back a day i ran around Bramcote Hills Park on the 26th February. This is significant because 18 months ago was the last time i ran around the wooded area here (at least). During that run i fell and sprained my right ankle leaving unable to run for a long time. I was feeling a little nervous to say the least. No issues though. Saturday 1st was mine and Steve's 2nd Parkrun at Rushcliffe park we ran a little quicker that day than the 1st one. i noticed that all the newbies did as we did the first day and congregated in front of the start line. It does seem like the right place to stand when your not sure though. It was the most amazing day, warm and sunny, a great running day, looking forward to the next one.
